SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All Gift Hampers are FREE SHIPPING over $100

 We will ship your order within 3-4 business days of receiving your order which then the estimated shipping times apply as per Australia Post or our nominated couriers time frames. 
You will then receive an email for the tracking number for your package along with your Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation.

 

Shipping to New Zealand can take up to 1-3 weeks please order ahead of time to ensure you receive your bundle accordingly. 


Your gift bundle will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure you confirm your delivery address at checkout.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, New South Wales Australian National public holidays.

Please NOTE we will not be held liable for orders lost of damaged in transit. 


Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We only accept refunds if its faulty and damaged goods, otherwise please take care when purchasing as we don't give refunds for change of mind, otherwise a store credit will be issued.  


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on valencicreations@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
