  • Do you have a physical Store?
    Unfortunantly not, we're an Online Business.
  • Shipping?
    FREE shipping on orders over $100, upon checkout you will receive a discount code. We deliver all over Australia to Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Gold Coast, Cairns, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and regional Australia. We now deliver to New Zealand at a flat rate of $24 ( This is based off on one box gift bundle) Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations mentioned above. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for a cancellation of the order/delivery or alternatively deliver the gift bundle to another address.
  • How can i contact Valenci Creations?
    If you would like to contact us please send an enquiry to our email; valencicreations@gmail.com and we'll get back to you ASAP. Customer Obligations Customers must supply Valenci Creations with a valid contact email. Valenci Creations accepts no liability that may arise of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied and were invalid or incorrectly added into our wix database.
  • Do you ship on public holidays?
    Unfortunately not, Please note, we will not be shipping your orders on NSW Australian National Public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next available business day. During busy periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping your order. We will endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these busy times. For any enquires or urgent order requests, please contact valencicreations@gmail.com
  • Can i change my mind after placing an order?
    We understand, decisions can be tricky or you may have clicked the wrong bundle. We understand! If you contact us before your gift has been processed through our website, we may be able to amend or cancel your order. If its already been processed you will need to have everything in the original condition as we sent it. Please note; any return requests will incur a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the amount that you're refunded. If we send you the incorrect gift bundle, we will be happy to send you the correct gift bundle, Once we recieve the incorrect one back. (in the original conditon as we sent it) We will then cover the postage fee.
  • Can i make changed to my pre-curated Gift Bundles?
    Unfortunately not, hopefully in the future we will be able to. Thank your understanding.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to inform Valenci Creations if a gift bundle has not been delivered. Refunds will not be given for late delivery as we are unable to 100% guarantee our courier's delivery times or timeframes as these are unpredictable times and we will only be able to refund in full for your gift bundles which are returned to us in the same condition. Once your payment is complete and the sale finalised. We dont accept any refunds or rerutns unless an item is damaged or faulty.
  • Wrong Delivery Address?
    It is your responsibility of the customer to ensure their delivery address is correct upon completing your payment through our website. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect or re-delivery fees being occured. Valenci Craetions accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to correct the address with us within a reasonable period of time and/or Valenci Creations acted reasonably when delivering the goods. Once we deliverer your bundles in accordance with your instructions, the product becomes the responsibility of the customer. If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the gift bundle, not for shipping. Otherwise, we can ship your order to the correct address. We will then invoice the shipping fees to the customer before re-shipping your order.
  • Eco Friendly?
    All of our packaging is plastic free. Valenci Creations have spent a lot of time researching for eco-friendly packaging options. With that in mind we have sought out recyclable packaging. We place all our products inside an eco friendly (reusable) fabric drawstring bag and wrap the gift bundle with recycable hexwrap, then to top it all off we send your gift bundles in a 100% recycled white cardboard box!
  • Can i choose an eGift Card?
    Have you left things to late, dont worry we have the perfect eGift Card that you can use for a last minute decision. Simply choose your eGift Card on our webite top right corner and choose the amount desired, once finalised an electronic gift voucher is sent directly to the recipents email inbox or alternativerly sent to you to hand deliver to that special friend or family or alternatively use your own email address so this can be kept as a surprise. This e-Gift Card is only valid for 12months from purchase. If you havent used the whole balance, dont worry this can be used on the next bundle purchased with us within the specific time frame of purchase. This gift card can not be transferable or refundable if unused this is a gift credit only.
  • Faulty / Damaged Products
    We throughouly check each and every item that we pack in our Gift bundles with love and care. If an item is damaged, please email us at valencicreations@gmail.com within 48hours of recieving the package. Please include your order details, and photos of damaged goods and we will be happy to look into this further. Valenci Creations will be happy to replace the faulty/ damaged item, if we have it in stock, otherwise we will be happy to provide you with a refund for the particular product. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for change of minds once dispatched.
  • Do you include any pricing or invoices inside the Gift Bundles?
    Don't stress, we don't include any receipts, prices, invoices or packaging slips inside any of our Gift Bundles. All our gift bundles come beautifully wrapped, ready for gifting!
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. Thank you for understanding.
